You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh to create a 365aec account. One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and DBBL. Withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes subject to verification.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. 365aec reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 365aec will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 365aec. By completing the account registration process, or by using any part of the platform without registering, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 365aec Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.3 365aec reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.4 If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.
3.1 To register and maintain a 365aec account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
3.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
3.3 Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 365aec platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 365aec reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any accounts identified as duplicates and to confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.
3.4 365aec reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time a compliance review is deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and mobile money account statements matching the registered details.
4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 365aec account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
4.2 You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 365aec will never request your password through any communication channel.
4.3 You must notify 365aec support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Until such notification is received and confirmed, 365aec bears no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your credentials.
4.4 365aec may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm other players or the integrity of the platform.
4.5 Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered inactive. 365aec reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances after appropriate notice has been provided to the registered email address.
All deposits and withdrawals on the 365aec platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currencies are accepted. 365aec does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which 365aec accepts no responsibility.
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 365aec platform:
365aec reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Current available methods are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the account cashier and may vary by payment method. 365aec reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion or at the request of the player for responsible gaming purposes.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes under standard operating conditions. 365aec reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, fraud screening, or compliance review. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 365aec account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
365aec reserves the right to request that a player wager their deposited funds at least once (1x) before processing a withdrawal, in order to confirm the transactional integrity of the deposit. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to the relevant promotion and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: 365aec operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be escalated for enhanced due diligence review. 365aec reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of any such review.
6.1 365aec may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 365aec promotions:
6.3 Players who wish to opt out of all promotions may do so by contacting the 365aec support team. Opting out of bonuses does not affect the player's ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw real-money funds.
6.4 365aec reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice, including in response to regulatory guidance or technical errors affecting promotional calculations.
7.1 All games and betting markets available on 365aec are governed by individual game rules published within the platform interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game outcome only; all other matters remain governed by these Terms.
7.2 365aec uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live casino games. The integrity of RNG outcomes is subject to periodic independent audit. Live casino games streamed from providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are governed by those providers' rules and are conducted by human dealers in real time.
7.3 In the event of a system error, disconnection, or technical fault during a game or bet settlement, 365aec will endeavour to settle the wager according to the outcome recorded by the platform's central server logs. Where no conclusive server record exists, 365aec reserves the right to declare the wager void and return the stake to the player's account.
7.4 Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), are subject to settlement rules published in the sports betting section of the platform. In-play markets may be suspended at any time at 365aec's discretion without prior notice.
7.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted by 365aec at any time.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365aec platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:
8.2 365aec actively monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, 365aec may freeze the account, withhold pending withdrawals, and share relevant information with appropriate authorities where required by law.
9.1 All content on the 365aec platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software code, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 365aec or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to 365aec for platform use only.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365aec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of anticipated winnings.
10.2 365aec does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 365aec accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.
10.3 Where 365aec's liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 365aec to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all wagers are placed voluntarily at your own risk. 365aec accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred during normal platform use.
11.1 The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by the 365aec Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 365aec collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
11.3 You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the 365aec support team. Deletion requests may be subject to retention obligations imposed by applicable anti-money laundering and financial record-keeping regulations.
12.1 365aec is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly restricted to players aged 18 years and above. Age verification may be requested at any time.

13.2 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://365aec.app/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the version currently in force.
13.3 Your continued use of the 365aec platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the 365aec platform's operating jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a wager outcome, transaction, or account matter, you should first contact the 365aec support team via live chat to seek informal resolution. 365aec aims to resolve all support queries within 24 hours of receipt.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated in writing to the 365aec compliance team at the contact email address provided in Section 15 below. A formal written response will be issued within 14 business days.
14.4 365aec's decision regarding any dispute relating to game outcomes, bonus awards, or account actions shall, subject to manifest error, be final and binding.
